Are you in need of rest and peace for your soul today? I sure am! In the hustle and busyness of life, nothing soothes our souls more than taking the time to slow down and spend time with the Lord in prayer.

This morning I have been focusing on this Scripture from Isaiah 26:3, 

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
